Where to go and things to do near Tree Tops Caravan Park, North Wales
We know you’ll LOVE spending time in your caravan and in the park at Tree Tops!
But what else can you do while you’re here?
North Wales is a wonderful area to explore.
We have beautiful beaches and majestic mountains, bustling towns and quiet villages all waiting to be explored.
At Tree Tops, we like to support local businesses as much as we can, and have put together a booklet for our customers of places to visit.
We’ve added a few of our favourites below.
Prestatyn
Prestatyn is just a short drive from Tree Tops and is one of our favourite towns. There are lots of fantastic independent shops here, including:
The Twisted Tree. This lovely gift shop stocks a fantastic range of cards, gifts, and homewares.
The Deli on the Hill. Cafe, platters, hampers, homewares, and probably more! Grab your Friday night dinner and weekend supplies en route to Tree Tops!
Tudor House Cafe Bar. Cafe, bar, and bespoke catering.
Chynna Garden. If you don’t fancy cooking, this is a great Chinese restaurant/takeaway!
Just outside Rhyl is Dyserth Butchers. As well as the obvious meat, they stock cheeses, butter, chutneys, jams, and more! Hmm, is anyone else noticing a foodie theme here?!
There’s also the Prestatyn cinema if you want to watch a movie on the big screen rather than from your sofa!
If you want to explore further afield, we can definitely recommend the village of Betws-y-Coed, home to an array of gift shops, camping and outdoor shops, and plenty of places to eat, as well as stunning scenery.
Llandudno
There’s so much to see and do here!
Stroll along the famous pier, visit the shops, follow the Alice in Wonderland Town Trail to see the statues, climb the Great Orme, and watch the seals at Angel Bay.
There are plenty of golf courses and fisheries nearby, as well as castles and parks.
So there really is something for everyone, no matter how you enjoy spending your holidays!
