Tree Tops Caravan Park is located in North Wales just four miles from Prestatyn. Our family-owned park has been carefully and progressively developed since it was first licensed in 1960 to meet the needs of the most discerning visitor.
I can’t recommend highly enough!
Searched Google for “static caravan North Wales”, and top result was Tree Tops.
5 years ago we looked here and Maureen showed us exactly what we wanted. Then she showed us exactly what we needed!! No pressure but none needed. We had fallen in love with this beautiful site & our home from home. The grounds burst with colour. Pheasants & rabbits say Hello. The views are just amazing but the main thing I’d like to mention is that it is family run. Absolutely nothing is too much trouble & the kindness we have been shown by the Walkers is outstanding. People ask how far away our lodge is. I answer “An hour & a half & a million miles”. I can’t recommend highly enough.
From our first visit to treetops we fell in love with the park.
We were amazed at the beautiful landscape and views. We are so pleased to have chosen treetops and look forward to many happy relaxing times here.

Went to have first look around the site on 15 Sep 2019. Went for second look around 3 weeks later. Completed purchase on 18 Oct 2019
The site owners, staff and other residents we have met so far over our weekend stays have been very welcoming. It seems like we have joined one big happy family

Tree Tops was the first – and last – caravan park we looked at! As soon as we arrived we knew we’d found the perfect retreat for our family.

My wife and I have been at Tree Tops Caravan Park for five seasons having moved from another site in North Wales.
Tree Tops is a beautiful park, always a myriad of colour with profusions of flowers and plants, reflected in its many awards. Great emphasis is placed on environmental issues which add to the park’s ambiance and standards. The owners and their staff all work extremely hard to ensure that high standards are maintained.
They are very customer service driven and always respond most willingly to any reasonable request. They find the time to talk to the caravan owners and always do their best to promote the surrounding areas and facilities as a whole.

What can I say? Paradise on a Friday night!
Since investing in our holiday home we have enjoyed the beautiful scenery and gardens around the park as well as meeting people and making new friends.
Life at Tree Tops is about being relaxed and being able to enjoy life as it should be. If you are looking to enjoy a quieter life and a slower pace, then I would strongly recommend this park.
