Tree Tops Caravan Park proudly nestles on a beautiful hillside, offering a tranquil retreat with dramatic views overlooking the North Wales coastline.
Our family-run park has luxury caravans and lodges for sale, many with panoramic views of the Irish Sea and Dee Estuary.
The floral displays and well-tended gardens throughout the park are striking and vary with the seasons. Regardless of the time of year, there’s always something to see in our gardens!
We have perfectly-positioned seating and benches around the park to make the most of the views and gardens, as well as the Japanese Garden – a firm favourite for relaxation for many of our Tree Toppers!
Tree Tops is such a peaceful retreat where you can relax and unwind, listen to the birds, and forget the rat race altogether.

With a range of caravans for sale in styles to suit most tastes, whether you’re an experienced caravan owner or a first-time buyer, Tree Tops has something for you.
We usually have 2 and 3 bedroom caravans available, and many come with decking already installed.
We often have pre-owned and pre-loved caravans and lodges for sale, all in great condition. Contact us for more details.
Price Range: Caravans at Tree Tops usually range from £15,995 to £169,995, so whether you’re on a budget or seeking a luxurious retreat, there’s something for everyone.
Caravan Models: We sell caravans from Carnaby Caravans, Willerby, ABI, Swift, Pemberton and Europa.

Wales in Bloom Awards & Environmental Accolades
Enjoy leisurely walks around the beautiful grounds at Tree Tops Caravan Park and take in the stunningly landscaped gardens, which have seen us win in our ‘Wales in Bloom’ category 32 times as of 2025!
We take part in the annual David Bellamy Blooming Marvellous Pledge for Nature, creating and maintaining habitats for the local wildlife we’re so lucky to have on the Park.
As well as our own fruit orchard, Tree Tops is home to bees, cared for by a local beekeeper, who produce delicious honey for our Tree Toppers to enjoy!
