Welcome to the Tree Toppers’ Hub!

Here, you can find Park and events information, and links to forms for Park features, like WiFi installation orders, the ANPR barrier system, events etc.

Office hours are 9am – 5pm, 7 days a week.

If you require general assistance, or need to inform us of something not covered in the Hub, please call 01745 560279 or email info@treetopscaravanpark.co.uk

Both of these channels are monitored by multiple people to ensure you get a speedy response/action.

Please note: Andy’s normal working hours are 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday, and Jayne’s are 9am – 5pm Friday – Monday.

If you have an emergency outside of these hours, please call 01745 560279.

FEEDING THE BIRDS

Please do not put food out for birds or any other wildlife on the Park.

The food dropped from bird feeders and/or placed directly on the ground attracts vermin.

SAFETY NOTICE

At Tree Tops Caravan Park, we take safety seriously.

Our groundskeeping team operate powerful machinery e.g. tractors, ride-on mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, and more to keep our Park looking its best.

These tools can pose a risk.

To ensure everyone’s safety:

~ Do not approach staff while they are working with machinery.

~ Please contact the Office with work requests. Our team cannot take requests while working.

~ Children must be supervised, and dogs kept on a short lead, to ensure they remain at a safe distance from equipment.

ANPR BARRIER / VEHICLE NUMBER PLATES

To request that a vehicle number plate is added to our barrier system, please click the link above, complete the form, and we’ll add the registration for you!

Please note: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to add number plates to the system.

PREMIUM WiFi

If you’d like to have WiFi installed in your caravan, please click the link above, complete the form, & we’ll get it booked in for you!

WiFi INSTALLATION COST – The installation cost is £300 inc. VAT, which will be invoiced once installation is complete.

WiFi USAGE COST – The annual usage cost is £180 inc. VAT. This runs from March to February each year & will be billed with your pitch fees. *If you join the WiFi service mid-year, you will be billed for the pro-rata cost.

EV CHARGER GUIDE

If no 4G/5G signal, you may need to log in to the free Guest WiFi to use the charger. To connect, select “Tree Tops Guest_Wifi”. The password is TreeTopper

EV Charger tariff: £0.50 starting fee, then 50p per kW.

To use the EV Charger:

1. Download Fuuse EV Driver app from fuuse.io, App Store or Google Play. Create account & set up payment method.

2. Use the app to scan the QR code on the charger screen

3. In the app, select the socket to use, as Fig. 1

4. Plug in your vehicle

5. Select payment method & press Start

DANGERPOINT

DangerPoint Safety Activity Centre in Talacre have again kindly offered an online discount code to Tree Toppers for 2026.

The code is TREE26 which gives you 20% off entry when booking online.

This code is valid until the end of the October 2026 half term.

DangerPoint is open to the public during local school holidays (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays).
