We’re easy to reach (just off the A548 Coast Road), enjoying an enviable North Wales coastal location, close to Prestatyn, Talacre, and Holywell.

The major cities of Chester, Liverpool, and Manchester are all within easy reach.

We’re family-owned, with a dedicated full-time team to help around the clock.

Being an owners-only park, with no subletting, means you always know who your holiday neighbours are and can build friendships to last a lifetime with your fellow Tree Toppers!

Family- and dog-friendly, our park offers a children’s play area, an outdoor gym, a handy launderette, a library, and two dog-walking areas, as well as competitive pitch fees.

We have plenty of seating areas and benches around the park for you to sit and and enjoy the views, flora, and fauna. The Japanese Garden is a favourite spot to relax for lots of our Tree Toppers!

Free WiFi is available as standard across most of the park.

We’ve recently installed a premium WiFi connection, suitable for streaming and gaming. This is available across most of the park at an extra charge.

At Tree Tops, we’re always looking to the future and have expanded the park a lot over the years. We now have four areas across the park…

• Old Park is where it all began when we were granted our license in 1960. The children’s play area has been keeping Tiny Tree Toppers entertained since the beginning!
• Parc Newydd was opened in 2005. It’s one of the most popular areas of Tree Tops with pitches always in demand. With beautiful landscaping and fabulous views, it’s a great place to be on the Park.
• Orchard Meadow, our exclusive lodge development, opened in 2012. As well as lodges, it’s also home to around 50 fruit trees!
• Ynys Hir, which takes its name from the park’s views of Hilbre Island, closely followed in 2016. Being located at the top of the park, the views are simply stunning!

There’s beauty to be found in the landscaped gardens all over the park, and spectacular views to the Dee Estuary and Irish Sea. On a really clear day you can even see the Cumbrian mountains and the Blackpool Tower!
