Great Location
Tree Tops is in an easy-to-reach coastal location, just off the A548 Coast Road, close to the seaside town of Prestatyn and Talacre village to the west, and the historic towns of Holywell and Flint to the east.
North Wales is steeped in history. There’s so much to see and do nearby, as well as further afield, from coastal walking and cycle paths, towns and villages, to mountain hikes, hill forts, and castles to explore.
The major cities of Chester, Liverpool, and Manchester are all within easy reach.
Being on a hillside, the views from Tree Tops are simply stunning! Look out across the Welsh countryside to the Dee Estuary and Irish Sea beyond. On a clear day, you can even see the Cumbrian mountains and Blackpool Tower!
Owners Only, Family Owned & Run
Family- and dog-friendly Tree Tops has been family-owned and run since we welcomed our first Tree Toppers in the 1960s!
We’re an owners-only park with no subletting, rental units, tents, or tourers.
So you always know who’s going to be next door when you visit your holiday home-from-home!
There’s a great community spirit at Tree Tops too. Our Tree Toppers are a really friendly and welcoming bunch, and we hold several small events each year, both for our Tree Toppers and in aid of local charities.
Fantastic Facilities
At Tree Tops, we have a childrens’ play area, an outdoor gym, a handy launderette and library, two dog-walking areas, and a 22kW EV charging point for up to two vehicles.
Free WiFi is available across most of the park, and we’ve recently installed a premium WiFi connection, suitable for streaming and gaming. This is also available across most of the park at an extra charge for installation and annual usage.
Our park is secured by an ANPR barrier system which only allows access to recognised vehicles.
