First up, our Parks’ location is outstanding. You’ll be treated to panoramic views of the Dee Estuary, the Irish Sea, and rolling Welsh countryside. Yet, you’re just a few minutes’ drive from beautiful beaches and the seaside town of Prestatyn.
So, you get peace and tranquility without being miles from the nearest town or village!

Tree Tops is an owners-only park with no sub-letting, so you always know who your holiday neighbours are!
That means peace, privacy, and a close-knit community of familiar faces, all set amid calm surroundings with lovely walks through beautiful and expertly landscaped mature gardens.
Customer Satisfaction is at Our Core
Quality and service are our priority. Our park has a 5-star grading from Visit Wales, many Wales in Bloom awards (32, as of 2025, and counting!), and superb environmental credentials.
The grounds are beautifully planted. There’s a Japanese Garden perfect for peaceful relaxation and reflection, and a Sensory Garden.
We also have an orchard – our Tree Toppers love cooking up culinary delights from the produce!
Excellent Facilities in a Peaceful Setting
Our facilities are excellent without being overbearing.
There’s a children’s play area, an outdoor gym, a launderette and a library, 2 dog-exercise areas, WiFi, and an EV charging point for up to two vehicles.
We also have walking paths and lots of seating areas around the Park for you to rest and take in the views.
As we’re all about creating a peaceful setting, we don’t have a clubhouse or swimming pool.
All this affords you charm, comfort, and convenience, while allowing you to slow down and enjoy your surroundings.
