We’re excited to be holding an Open Weekend from 9am to 5pm on 25th and 26th April 2026, and we’d love for you to join us!
If you’re thinking of buying a static holiday caravan in North Wales (even if you’re not ready to buy just yet), it’s a great opportunity to explore our award-winning park and gardens, view the caravans and lodges we have for sale, and ask us any questions you may have about the Park and holiday caravan ownership.
We have a great selection of gorgeous new and pre-owned caravans and lodges for sale at Tree Tops Caravan Park, to suit many tastes and budgets.

As an added bonus at our Open Weekend, the fabulous Pinny Pals are hosting a Coffee Morning at Tree Tops, on Saturday 25th April from 10am to 12pm, in aid of North Clwyd Animal Rescue! The coffee mornings are always loved by our Tree Toppers, so there’s sure to be plenty of caravan owners around for you to chat to about holiday life at Tree Tops!
The Pinny Pals hold several coffee mornings each year, with delicious cakes and a raffle, and all proceeds are kindly donated to local charities.

Tree Tops Caravan Park is in a fantastic location for exploring and experiencing all beautiful North Wales has to offer. We’re just off the A548 Coast Road, just a few miles from the seaside town of Prestatyn, close to countless attractions and historical sites to visit (not to mention the majestic Welsh mountains!), and in easy reach of the major cities of Chester, Liverpool, and Manchester.
